Royal Crown Columns for Commercial & Residential Applications
Vinyl Columns Vinyl Columns
Added Elegance and Style
Just like our decks and railings, Royal Crown Limited columns are made from 100% virgin vinyl so you get the very best quality, virtually maintenance-free. Our columns are extremely durable. They can be retro-fitted to existing homes and offices for added beauty and style, or built into new constructions as load-bearing columns. They are easily attached to vinyl, concrete or wood structures. Royal Crown Limited offers columns in a variety of styles and colors to coordinate with your construction needs and complement your decking system.

Easy Step by Step Instructions
Step1)  measure the length of your opening. The post and the aluminum support tube will need to be 13/32" shorter than the opening to allow for the mounting plates. Make sure that the column and support tube are cut the same length and that the cuts are square. Always double check length requirements before cutting!

Step 2)  The bottom end is long enough for a 42" railing. You may cut 6" off the bottom end for a 36" railing. Shorten the column from the top if necessary.

Step 3)  Attach the porch column to the mounting plates as shown in the diagrams.

Make sure that if you are using post skirts they are slid on to the porch column before attaching the mounting plates.

Step 4)  Install the porch column by securing the mounting plates to the deck surface and roof structure. Use non-corrosives to secure the mounting plate.
